You will handle matters such as wage and hour class actions, PAGA, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment, with opportunity for leadership and long-term growth.

Applicants must have at least 2 years of labor and employment litigation experience and an active California Bar license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Labor & Employment litigation experience.
• Strong plaintiff-side employment law background.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Experience independently managing employment cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of plaintiff-side Labor & Employment matters.
• Work on Wage & Hour, PAGA, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment.
• Manage cases with strong litigation and negotiation duties.
