Job summary

Latitude Legal is seeking a California Plaintiffs’ Employment Litigation Attorney for a fully remote, permanent role. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of litigation experience, including 2 in plaintiffs’ employment matters, and a active California license.

You will handle all aspects of case workup—from fact investigation to resolution—in ADA, discrimination, harassment, termination, and compensation disputes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience, with 2+ in plaintiffs’ employment litigation.
• Demonstrated research and writing capabilities.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Ability to work independently and to collaborate across the firm.
• Active California law license.
• Outstanding references.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of case workup from fact investigation through resolution in ADA, contract and discrimination/harassment claims.
• Address termination, compensation issues and retaliation within plaintiffs’ employment litigation.
