Job summary

Tandemcare is hiring an Operations Coordinator to manage cross-line operational support across various home care services in Los Angeles. This full-time remote position offers $28–$30/hour plus full benefits.

As the Operations Coordinator, you will handle customer inquiries, manage scheduling changes, and ensure smooth operations within our care teams. Candidates are expected to possess 2+ years of home care experience and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in home care operations, scheduling, care coordination, or client services.
• Direct experience communicating with caregivers and clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with schedule changes, call-outs, and caregiver support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from clients and caregivers across service lines.
• Support the scheduling team with urgent schedule changes.
• Review caregiver visit notes for completeness and safety concerns.
• Document all client and caregiver interactions accurately.
