Job summary

SME Careers, a fast-growing AI data services company and a subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, seeks a C++ Engineer for remote, hourly contractor work. You will review AI-generated C++ code, generate high-quality reference implementations, and craft explanations for complex problems.

You will assess solutions for correctness, memory and concurrency issues, and help improve model training with precise code reviews and design patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/Engineering.
• 4+ years in production C++ development.
• Expert in modern C++ (11+), templates, smart pointers, STL.
• Strong systems programming, concurrency, memory management.
• Experience with CI/CD and debugging/profiling tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content and prompts for diverse topics.
• Evaluate AI responses and optimize model performance.
• Test models for accuracy, safety, and biases across use cases.
