Job summary

SME Careers, a subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, is hiring a remote, hourly paid R Engineer to review AI-generated responses and produce high-quality R- and data-analysis content. You will evaluate reasoning, assess accuracy, and explain solutions with expert-level R usage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience using R for data analysis.
• Proficiency in R including data wrangling and writing reusable functions.
• Strong foundations in applied statistics and model validation in R.
• Experience building end-to-end analyses in R: cleaning, EDA, modeling, visualization.
• Familiar with tidyverse, data.table, ggplot2; choose tools as needed.
• Professional data-focused experience (data scientist, statistician, etc.).
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field.
• Experience using large language models to assist with coding in R.
• Excellent English writing; document analyses clearly.
• Preferred: AI data training or model evaluation; C1 English.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Create prompts in various topics and responses.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve accuracy and relevance.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability.
