Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Commodity Planner to analyze MRP/APS, plan materials for direct and new products, and support pilot runs. The role includes coaching junior planners and driving cost productivity for assigned commodities.

You will build strong supplier relationships, manage inventory levels to meet production schedules, and collaborate with Sourcing and Logistics to resolve issues. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field.
• 4 years in purchasing, procurement, material planning, or related role.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge of purchasing orders, material availability, delivery schedules, and supplier follow-up.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes MRP system and determines orders to be placed according to schedule; ensures material availability.
• Develops and maintains supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and handles delays or quality issues.
• Leads special projects; manages inventory levels and strives to increase inventory turns.
• Collaborates with internal functions to meet customer/supplier expectations with Sourcing and Logistics support.
