Regal Rexnord Corp in Cambridge, MD is seeking a Buyer/Planner to develop and optimize production schedules using SAP. The role is onsite and Mon-Fri, with a base salary range of $65,000–$75,000.

You will analyze capacity, coordinate with supervisors, and maintain detailed SAP production records while driving on-time delivery and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing planning experience.
• Experience as a Buyer/planner in manufacturing with SAP.
• Strong SAP production planning, scheduling and inventory knowledge.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Self-starter with sense of urgency.

Responsabilités

• Use SAP to develop production plans and schedules.
• Analyze capacity and constraints in SAP and adjust schedules.
• Create and maintain detailed SAP production schedules.
• Coordinate with production supervisors and operators.
• Lead daily production meetings with Purchasing, Materials, Manufacturing, and Sales.
• Identify alternate solutions to meet dates and escalate delays.
• Monitor SAP production progress and address bottlenecks.
• Communicate schedule changes in SAP to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with materials management to ensure material availability.
• Maintain production records and metrics in SAP.
• Use SAP reporting to identify trends and improvements.
• Lead High Risk process for orders from release to shipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
