Ladders is seeking a Business Transition Development Director to lead advisory relationships and drive growth for business owners navigating transitions. The role emphasizes education, consultative service delivery, and collaboration with internal partners to expand the advisory offering and referral activity.

The position is remote, offering a comprehensive benefits package and an incentive plan tied to performance, with a focus on private banking capabilities for clients at all stages.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years in Private Banking, Wealth Management, and/or Trust and Legal.
• Licenses: SIE, Series 7, and Series 63.
• Proven track record in business development.
• Strong relationship management with internal partners and clients.
• Exceptional client service and communication/presentation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategic relationships with internal partners to execute the business transition advisory strategy.
• Deliver educational sessions on transition advisory capabilities to stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic alliances that support integration of advisory services for business owners.
• Proactively communicate with partners regarding referrals and opportunities.
• Provide advisory services to clients navigating complex business transitions.
• Strengthen utilization of private banking services for business owners at all stages.
• Manage a robust pipeline that leads to closed business and positive client outcomes.
