Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years in Private Banking Wealth Management and/or Trust and Legal.
• Licenses: SIE, 7, and Series 63.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships with One Bank partners to execute on the advisory strategy.
• Deliver educational sessions to Private Bank, Middle Market, Corporate Finance and Capital Markets.
• Provide advisory services to business transitions with EBITDA of $5M+ and liquidity of $15M+ per owner.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline to close business and ensure client experience and financial outcomes.
