Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business, MIS, or related field.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent writing and documentation abilities for technical and end-user teams.
• Good time management and listening skills.
• Clear verbal communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to find creative solutions meeting business needs.
• Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
