Job description

The Business Systems Intern will assist in solving business problems through interaction with business stakeholders and SMEs. You will process map current state, identify areas for improvement, and capture in-progress updates to assist with documentation and stakeholder change management. You will also gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements, and design technical solutions as needed.

What You'll Need

• Minimum Qualifications: Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Preferred Qualifications: Problem solving skills, including technical challenges and critical thinking
• Preferred Qualifications: Documentation and writing skills: ability to document requirements for both technical and end-user teams
• Preferred Qualifications: Excellent time management and listening skills
• Preferred Qualifications: Strong verbal communication skills: ability to speak to technical and end-user audiences
• Preferred Qualifications: Ability to find creative solutions to meet or exceed business needs
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Google Docs and Spreadsheets, Microsoft Office

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

• Minimal travel
• Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office
