Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, quality assurance, testing, reporting, data analysis, or a related field.
• Experience supporting business applications and operational processes.
• Experience with system testing, data validation, or quality assurance preferred.
• Healthcare, insurance, benefits administration, or other regulated industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
• Experience developing reports, validation tools, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Data Validation: QA testing, validation, and issue resolution to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Business Systems Support: Maintain and enhance Simplify Benefits1 and related apps; document requirements and processes.
• Process Improvement, Reporting & Tool Development: build validation tools, dashboards, and reports; support automation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Product, Sales, Operations, IT, vendors to support initiatives; share knowledge.
