You will gather requirements, document processes, and collaborate with Product, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely deliverables in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, QA, testing, reporting, or data analysis.
• Experience supporting business applications and operational processes.
• Experience with system testing, data validation, or QA preferred.
• Healthcare, insurance, benefits administration, or other regulated industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Experience developing reports, validation tools, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance testing and validation of benefit plan data, documents, and system outputs.
• Investigate data discrepancies and support root-cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Validate system changes, enhancements, and configurations prior to implementation.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and regression testing.
• Monitor deliverables and manage priorities to meet timelines.
• Support administration, maintenance, and enhancement of Simplify Benefits1 and related apps.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
• Maintain validation procedures and SOPs.
• Monitor data integrity and support issue resolution across systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, templates, and validation tools.
• Support automation initiatives and continuous improvement.
