Job summary

Blutic is seeking a Senior Business System Analyst with 8+ years of experience to serve as a liaison between business units and technology teams. You will define processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement new functionality while mitigating risks before development handoffs.

This is a 100% remote opportunity based in the United States, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills to align multiple sponsors and translate requirements into actionable user stories

Qualifications

• 5+ years gathering business requirements and creating user stories in Agile environments.
• Expertise in reading/writing SQL queries and stored procedures (SQL Server).
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technology delivery teams to document and fit business processes.
• Map current to future state and define requirements and scope.
• Ensure process documentation is current and stored in shared environments.
• Translate business requirements to detailed stories/tasks for development teams.
• Break down high-priority features into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with QA, product owner, and business users; support test scenarios.
