Job summary

Telnet Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst for a remote, six-month engagement focused on modernization initiatives. The role centers on gathering requirements, translating them into process diagrams and user stories, and maintaining traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

You will draft process maps, SOPs, and system documentation, and support testing, validation, and end-user training to drive adoption and improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting largescale modernization programs or enterprise initiatives; familiarity with data governance/privacy/security practices.
• Project/change management and facilitation skills (workshops, consensus-building).
• Background working with relational or cloud-based data platforms; ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather information via interviews, workshops, document reviews, and research; translate findings into process diagrams, user stories, business rules, and functional descriptions; maintain requirements traceability.
• Draft and maintain currentstate/futurestate process maps, SOPs, requirements summaries, and system documentation using approved templates and consistent terminology.
• Prepare UAT test cases, participate in execution, document results, and communicate findings for review and resolution.
• Contribute to enduser training materials and train-the-trainer sessions; observe workflow impacts, gather user feedback, and share insights to support adoption and continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned to support program objectives and timelines.
