Job summary

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Specialist, Membership Extracts & Billing. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, guiding requirements to user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile setting.

A Product Owner posture will shape backlog prioritization and SDLC guidance. You will validate solutions against business needs and acceptance criteria prior to release, leveraging Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience leading requirements and refinement sessions.
Experience in Agile environments and product ownership.

Responsibilities

Provide recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues for a specific business group.
Direct business process improvement projects to improve results.
Identify and document system constraints and implications of changes.
Guide change impact, define business rules, and implement cross-functional solutions.
Lead requirements analysis and verification for feasibility and traceability.
Collaborate with technical/project teams to ensure requirements are satisfied.
Identify opportunities for improving requirements gathering and translation.
Possibly serve as project lead or technical lead for medium to large efforts.
