Block is hiring a Business Systems Analyst to join the IT Vendor Operations team. You will triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and internal tools, acting as the bridge between business teams and engineering partners.

This role emphasizes problem solving, collaboration, and automation, with remote-friendly work options and cross-functional exposure across Block's support organization.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have IT support or business systems experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce administration (flows, queues, user management).
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide IT vendor operations and support for business systems.
• Triagize, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across Salesforce, Connect, and internal tools.
• Coordinate with engineers and product teams to drive resolution.
• Validate access requests and manage system workflows.
• Document issues and resolutions to build a knowledge base.
• Support Sev management and cross-functional process improvements.
• Automate workflows to reduce manual effort and speed responses.
• Partner with Block teams to identify recurring pain points.
