Responsibilities

• Support identity and access management for a suite of applications (~40% vs ~60% non-routine).
• Triage and resolve tickets spanning Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and other internal/external systems.
• Troubleshoot bugs and escalate to engineering when needed.
• Process and validate access requests for various systems and roles.
• Document troubleshooting steps and build a knowledge base.
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams to drive resolution.
