Valenz is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst II to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating needs into effective technology and process solutions. You will analyze processes, map requirements, and support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of systems that enhance efficiency and decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related technical/analytical role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies with backlog management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, including test design and execution.
• Experience presenting findings to stakeholders and leadership with strong negotiating and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to gather, interpret, and document business requirements, including data discovery and analysis.
• Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to document detailed business and functional requirements for complex initiatives.
• Lead requirements analysis, data discovery, and process mapping to design and implement system enhancements and new solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to define priorities and align deliverables with business objectives.
