Job summary

Client in the United States is seeking a skilled Business Analyst for a remote opportunity. The ideal candidate will analyze operations, gather requirements, document BRDs/FRDs/SRS, and translate needs into actionable specifications.

You'll collaborate with PMs, developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, define KPIs, support UAT, and contribute to process optimization and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to gather, interpret, and document complex business requirements.
• Experience with BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business operations and identify inefficiencies.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and SRS documents.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform gap analysis and create process maps and models.
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, QA, and product owners for delivery.
• Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Define objectives, KPIs, and measurable success criteria.
