USAble Life is hiring for a multi-level Business Systems Analyst II/Sr. BSA to support and optimize company applications. The role functions as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, driving system solutions and ensuring effective testing, training, and go-live activities.

The position emphasizes strong analytical abilities, communication, and the capacity to work with vendors and internal teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years' programming, systems analysis, or business analysis experience (BSA II).
• 4-6 years' programming, systems analysis, or business analysis experience (Sr. BSA).

Responsibilities

• Performs systems analysis and provides support and guidance to end-users for company applications and administration systems.
• Acts as a liaison between internal business staff, IT teams and vendors to evaluate business needs and drive system solutions.
• Translates business requirements into IT-based solutions and coordinates with vendors/IT teams for configuration and testing.
• Develops user documentation and training materials as needed.
• Escalates complex issues and coordinates go-live and post-implementation support.
