Job summary

Travel Leaders Network, part of Internova Travel Group, is seeking a Business Solutions Manager to grow relationships across a broad US remote territory. You will develop core supplier sales plans and drive ROI-focused programs for TLN members, including travel to agencies and events to showcase benefits and tools.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, strong communication, and the ability to work from home while traveling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or 5+ years of sales/marketing experience.
• Travel up to 35% of the time.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of account management and retention.
• Ability to meet deadlines while working from home and while traveling.
• Goal oriented, action-focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Develops and strengthens sustainable relationships with assigned TLN Network territory.
• Travel to member agencies, local/regional events and industry events.
• Present and explain member benefits, marketing programs, and technology offerings.
• Communicate member requirements and request support from other departments as needed.
• Identify growth potential areas and assist members in reaching goals.
• Evaluate territory performance against objectives and provide timely reports in Salesforce.
• Maintain minimum of 60 contacts per week (in person and by phone).
• Other duties as assigned.
