Job summary

TDS Telecom is seeking a Business Sales Call Center Representative to drive monthly sales quotas, manage existing accounts, and win new business within a defined market.

You will contact business accounts for renewals, upsell opportunities, and cross-sell promotions while delivering outstanding customer support and solutions that align with both client and company goals. This remote role can be performed from any of the 40+ states where we operate.

Qualifications

• 1+ years sales experience with monthly quotas.
• 1+ years customer service.
• Experience communicating with executives, business owners and decision makers by phone and email.
• Must follow attendance guidelines to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue growth goals via inbound/outbound calls.
• Manage existing accounts to retain customers and reduce churn.
• Grow account base through calls and emails; uncover upsell opportunities.
• Create proposals, write and submit accurate orders following the sales process.
• Respond to account incidents promptly and coordinate with internal teams.
• Collaborate with teams to improve services and advise on promotions.
