Job summary

TDS Telecom is seeking an Entry Sales Representative to sell residential services door-to-door across the assigned territory. You will canvass neighborhoods, attend community events with the Marketing team, and educate customers about fiber internet, TV, and phone offerings.

The role offers a flexible schedule, base pay plus uncapped commissions, and targeted earnings of $60,000–$100,000+ per year depending on performance. Day One benefits and stipends are provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers: door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals to inform them about TDS's voice, data, and television services.

• Complete sales documentation: record and submit orders, verifications, and reports per guidelines.
• Oversee customer accounts: manage relationships from sale to installation and follow up for satisfaction.
• Create community buzz: organize and participate in events to drive sales and brand awareness.
