The role requires evaluating registration quality, delivering targeted training, and reducing denials while increasing upfront collections and patient satisfaction. EPIC experience and healthcare analytics are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• BA in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years relevant healthcare systems and analytical experience.
• Minimum one (1) year experience developing, implementing, operating, maintaining or using EPIC information systems in hospital and/or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• The Business Operations Analyst for MMA is an internal liaison between MHS and MMA and supports front office ambulatory registration processes.
• Monitors and evaluates the quality and effectiveness of front office teams in all MMA locations, creating and delivering training as necessary to increase overall staff competency.
• The analyst works directly with MMA leadership and finance, IS-Application analysts, revenue cycle, ILD, and others as necessary, to assure efficient front office practices.
