Job summary

MultiCare is seeking a Business Operations Analyst for MMA to serve as an internal liaison between MHS and MMA, supporting front office ambulatory registration processes. The incumbent analyzes data to decrease denials, increase upfront collections and improve the patient experience with EPIC and other systems.

The role works with leadership, revenue cycle, IS-Application analysts and finance to ensure efficient practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years healthcare analytics experience.
• Experience using EPIC in hospital/clinic settings.
• BA in business, healthcare, or related field; HS diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Internal liaison between MHS and MMA for ambulatory front office registration.
• Monitor and improve front office registration processes across MMA locations.
• Create and deliver training to increase staff competency.
• Decrease denials from registration errors and increase upfront collections.
• Collaborate with leadership, revenue cycle, IS-Application analysts and finance.
