Alignerr is seeking MBA-level business administration experts to train and evaluate AI models on executive-level business reasoning. You will stress-test AI thinking across corporate finance, operations, strategic management, and more — identifying where it falls short and building gold-standard responses that guide AI improvements.

This is a fully remote, hourly contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp analytical mind. 10–40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• MBA from an accredited institution.
• Foundational knowledge across Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into executive summaries and actionable recommendations.
• Highly precise — catch errors in financial formulas, data interpretation, and argument structure.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop rigorous business challenges spanning finance, strategy, and operations.
• Author detailed, step-by-step solutions with executive-level rationales for AI training benchmarks.
• Audit AI-generated business content for logical consistency and mathematical accuracy.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI reasoning, correcting flawed logic or misapplied assumptions.
