Qualifications

1–3 years of related experience.
1+ years of experience with PERM.
Experience with H‑1B, L‑1, TN, and E visas.

Responsibilities

Prepare and file immigration cases for acceptance and approval.
Perform client management and consult for small business clients.
Support Managing Attorney and lead assigned teams.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
Mentor paralegals and supervise other employees.
