CIP P.C. is a nationally recognized immigration law firm with a remote-first team across the United States.

We are seeking a permanent, full-time Business Immigration Paralegal to work under attorney supervision and independently analyze information, preparing and filing immigration petitions for review. You will draft petitions for NIV, PERM and IV, handle client communications, and ensure timely case processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or highly desirable.
• At least 1 year of immigration paralegal experience drafting employment-based petitions.
• Experience with NIV cases (H1B, L, TN, O-1) and PERM preferred.
• Experience handling high-volume cases and client communications.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze information and documents under attorney supervision.
• Draft, review, and compile immigration petitions and applications for attorney review.
• Communicate with clients/foreign nationals regarding case processing and status.
• Manage document intake and ensure documents are valid for filings.
• Prepare responses to requests for evidence as guided by attorneys.
• Monitor case status using online immigration tracking systems.
• Coordinate with client support on printing, scanning, and posting cases.
