Remote Business Development Representative – Warehousing & Logistics

Job Title: Remote Business Development Representative – Warehousing & Logistics

Salary: Up to $120,000 per year (Based on Experience) + Performance Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven and self-motivated Sales Associate / Lead Hunter to identify and secure new business opportunities nationwide in the warehousing and distribution industry. The ideal candidate will have strong sales instincts, solid IT skills, and the drive to close deals in a remote setting. You will be offering loading, unloading, and logistical support services to a broad client base across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the warehousing and distribution industry nationwide
  • Conduct market research and develop a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
  • Collaborate with operations to align service offerings with customer needs
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales or lead generation, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or related industries
  • Deep understanding of U.S. warehousing and distribution networks
  • Strong IT skills – proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and online lead generation tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (logistics or B2B service sales preferred)
