Job summary

STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow and strengthen client relationships in the greater San Francisco region. The role will be based in our San Francisco office, with potential for remote work, and involves presenting strengthening solutions to engineers, owners, and contractors.

You will travel locally 70-80% and collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to deliver tailored challenges and meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in building relationships and expanding client base in the commercial market.
• Strong knowledge of the San Francisco market including engineering firms, property management firms, building owners, general contractors, architects, etc.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals using a CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Sell strengthening construction services to commercial market clients and develop relationships.
• Present solutions to potential clients after training and coordinate with Branch and Technologies teams.
• Attend client meetings via web, in-person, email, and phone to pursue opportunities.
• Follow up on leads provided by Marketing and keep CRM updated with project status.
