Qualifications

• 3+ years in a hunter-oriented business development or B2B sales role.
• Experience selling to mortgage lenders, real estate companies, PropTech platforms, home-services providers, or adjacent consumer-focused organizations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles and coordinating internal resources.

Responsibilities

• Build Connect's new-business pipeline with outbound outreach across priority segments.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to contract signing.
• Develop partnerships to generate measurable consumer volume and revenue.
• Coordinate with Partner Success and internal teams for smooth handoffs and implementations.
