Marappan Recruitment is hiring 25 Business Development Executives for a Remote / Work From Home role across India. Freshers and those with career gaps are encouraged to apply, with 0-2 years of sales/marketing experience and fluent English and Tamil.

You will generate leads, explain offerings, follow up with prospects, and aim to meet sales targets while working independently from home with a laptop, phone, and stable internet.

Qualificações

• Freshers welcome with good communication and sales interest.
• 0-2 years of sales/marketing/Business Development experience.
• Education not mandatory; degree optional.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and follow up with potential customers through calls, messages and online channels.
• Explain products/services clearly to prospective customers.
• Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
