Job summary

Talentoma is seeking a Business Development Associate for a fully remote role based in Nevada, United States. The position focuses on initiating outreach, researching prospective customers, and driving qualified handoffs to account executives.

Expect frequent prospect communication via phone and email while maintaining detailed notes. You will join a business development team, learn Pipedrive and Microsoft Bookings, and support early-stage sales efforts with a structured onboarding and coaching

Qualifications

• No experience required; related experience preferred.
• Ability to research organizations and summarize relevant findings before contacting prospective customers.
• Comfortable using phone and email outreach to begin professional conversations and ask clear discovery questions.
• Ability to learn a CRM such as Pipedrive and a scheduling and calendar tool such as Microsoft Bookings.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet private workspace for 40-hour weekly commitment.

Responsibilities

• Review outreach queue, inbound emails, web requests, and calls to identify contacts needing initial response or follow-up.
• Research publicly available organization details, contact roles, and stated business needs before outreach.
• Use phone calls and personalized emails to introduce products or services and encourage next steps.
• Monitor replies and call outcomes; respond to prospect questions with approved information.
• Enter outreach activity, contact details, summaries, and next actions in a CRM after each interaction.
• Coordinate introductory meetings using scheduling tools and share accurate meeting information.
