LTD Global is a remote-friendly fractional accounting firm offering day-to-day bookkeeping for a new client in the facility management franchise space. We seek a part-time bookkeeper who can work independently in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, handling AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliations with payroll postings via ADP.

This role is entirely remote, client-focused, and ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, contract-based setting with accurate, timely financial updates.

Qualifications

• Strong bookkeeping fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 BC modules (AR, AP, GL, Bank Reconciliation).

Responsibilities

• Monthly invoicing cycle in BC based on billing approvals.
• AR tracking and follow-up on collections.
• Post vendor bills in BC (payment handled by client).
• Post payroll journals from ADP into BC.
• Monthly bank reconciliations in BC.
• Pull standard financial reports from BC as needed.
