Transworld Business Advisors of Northwest Ohio is seeking a driven Business Broker to guide owners through selling their companies and to represent qualified buyers. You will build and manage a portfolio of clients, lead valuation discussions, and shepherd transactions from start to finish with high-level advisory support.

This commission-based role rewards autonomy, accountability, and the chance to grow a substantial personal book of business within a nationally recognized platform.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships over long sales cycles.
• Experience in business brokerage, M&A, or related advisory services preferred.
• Strong networking and lead-generation capabilities with a results-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Advise business owners through the sale of their companies and represent qualified buyers.
• Build and manage your own portfolio of clients, guiding transactions from valuation through closing.
• Provide high-level advisory support throughout the process and maintain deal momentum.
• Establish a portfolio of 15 sell-side clients within 15 months and leverage internal support systems.
