Flagstar Bank is seeking a Business Banking Specialist to onboard and service commercial clients remotely in the U.S. market.

You will coordinate onboarding, KYC/documentation, and ongoing support within a pod with a BDO and RM to ensure a seamless client experience from day one. The role requires 4+ years in banking or client-facing roles, strong communication, and proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma or equivalent; 4+ years in banking or client-facing support.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding for new business banking relationships.
