CI Azumano, a Seneca Holdings company, is seeking a remote Business Analyst to support travel operations with disciplined business processes. You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure quality decisions that drive performance.

Strong analytical, written and oral communication, and consultative approaches are essential. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Versatility across departments (Finance, IT, Operations, Quality) and cross-functional work.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality results (documentation, presentations) with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical users at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and translate requirements into documentation, presentations, or analyses.
• Document and analyze business processes; map gaps with SOPs or workflow diagrams.
• Use ROI, business case, and DAR techniques to guide decisions and improve processes.
• Create diagrams (activity, flow diagrams) and research solutions to increase efficiency.
• Maintain regular client communication and manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
