You will partner with stakeholders, project teams, and business leaders to translate needs into actionable solutions. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of BA experience, familiarity with customer portals, and proven ability to document complex needs.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting business, technology, or operational initiatives.
• Prior experience building customer portals or related software projects.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and translate complex business needs into clear and actionable documentation.
• Experience supporting Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines in a remote work environment.

Aufgaben

• Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements from key stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to identify business needs, process improvements, and project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system implementations, enhancements, and process optimization initiatives.
• Analyze business data and performance metrics to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and project documentation.
