Job summary

WorldWide Technology is seeking a Business Analyst - Network/Wireless for a remote long-term contract opportunity. The role focuses on requirements gathering, BRDs/FRDs/User Stories, and collaboration with network engineering teams to drive agile delivery.

You will translate complex network requirements into BA artefacts and support transformations across enterprise environments, with a strong emphasis on wireless and network infrastructure expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis experience.
• Experience with network infrastructure teams.
• Knowledge of wireless technologies and enterprise networks.
• Exposure to DNS, DHCP, IPAM and NAC.
• Agile methodology.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Creation of BRDs, FRDs, User Stories and Process Maps.
• Facilitate workshops with Business, Network Engineering and Architecture teams.
• Support Agile delivery, backlog management and UAT activities.
• Translate technical network requirements into business and functional requirements.
• Support network transformation and infrastructure modernisation initiatives.
