Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Business Analyst writing requirements and test cases.
• Experience reverse-engineering legacy apps to document requirements (business, functional, technical).
• Skilled in creating user stories, process flows, data flows, and edge cases.
• Ability to create and maintain traceability matrices linking requirements, tests, and remediation work.
• Experience with AI-assisted drafting of requirements and test cases.
• Experience with application testing including executing test cases and defect documentation.

Responsibilities

• Reverse-engineer and document current requirements including user stories, processes, data flows, and edge cases using AI-assisted code analysis.
• Develop comprehensive requirements-based test cases covering functional, regression, accessibility, and security testing.
• Create and maintain traceability matrices linking scan findings to business processes and remediation efforts.
• Facilitate WCAG 2 accessibility gap analysis and validate fixes against business needs.
• Support and perform application testing activities including executing test cases, validating results, and documenting defects.
• Coordinate activities across multiple threads, manage risks and issues.
• Complete weekly timesheet and status reporting via designated systems.
• Collaborate with DOH Solutions Management GRQ Teams and Bureaus to ensure alignment and strong communication.
