Job summary

My3Tech is seeking a full-time Business Analyst to focus on the nine highest-priority GRQ legacy applications. You will reverse-engineer current requirements, draft user stories and data flows, and develop test cases with traceability to claims and fixes.

You will collaborate across DOH teams and utilize AI-assisted tools for rapid drafts. Responsibilities include validating AI-generated content, supporting accessibility testing, and ensuring alignment with business processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in reverse-engineering legacy applications to document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Ability to craft user stories, process flows, data flows, and edge-case scenarios.
• Ability to create and maintain traceability matrices linking requirements to test cases and findings.
• Experience in testing activities: functional, regression, security, and accessibility testing.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to draft requirements and validate output for accuracy.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for work items, requirements tracking, and test cases.
• Experience using SharePoint for collaboration and artifact storage; strong MS Office skills.

Location: Primarily remote (On-site required monthly on the second Monday of the month)

I. Objectives of Engagement

A full-time Business Analyst (BA), supported by AI tools for acceleration, is requested to focus on the nine highest-priority GRQ legacy applications:

• Reverse-engineer and document current requirements (user stories, processes, data flows, edge cases) using AI-assisted code analysis for rapid initial drafts.
• Develop comprehensive requirements-based test cases (functional, regression, accessibility-specific, and security-focused) and traceability matrices that link scan findings to specific business processes.
• Facilitate WCAG 2.2 accessibility gap analysis and validation of fixes against real business needs.
• Collaborate with the DOH Solutions Management GRQ Teams and the DOH Bureaus to build a strong, reusable foundation.

II. Operational Requirements

• Complete weekly timesheet reporting in PeopleFluent/VectorVMS by COB Friday.
• Provide weekly personal status reporting by COB Friday submitted on SharePoint.
• Report to the HHSDC/DOH Solutions Management IT Manager supporting the GRQ applications.

III. Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst writing business requirements and test cases OR a 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study.
• Application Analysis: Experience in reverse-engineering legacy applications to document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Process Documentation: Proficiency in developing user stories, process flows, data flow diagrams, and edge-case scenarios.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Ability to support and perform application testing activities, including executing test cases, validating results, documenting defects, and assisting with remediation efforts. Experience creating comprehensive requirements-based test cases (functional, regression, security, accessibility).
• Traceability: Ability to create and maintain traceability matrices linking requirements to test cases, findings, and remediation work.
• AI Utilization: Ability to leverage AI tools for rapid drafting of requirements, process documentation, and test case generation. Must be able to validate AI-generated content for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business needs.
• Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Azure DevOps for work item management, requirements tracking, and test case documentation.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Experience using SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and artifact storage. Strong skills with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Soft Skills: Coordinates activities across multiple threads and manages risks and issues. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Adaptability to shifting priorities.
