Bridgeway Benefit Technologies LLC in the United States seeks a motivated Business Analyst to join the Professional Services team. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive successful delivery of multiple projects for our benefits administration solutions.

You will review needs, write clear requirements and user stories, and conduct functional and end-to-end testing of configured software to ensure seamless product functionality. Remote role with travel up to 30% as needed.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in software implementation with external clients.
• Knowledge of benefits administration or Taft-Hartley industry is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate initiative and learning aptitude in a complex tech environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Engage directly with customers to implement, configure, test, and train Bridgeway's software suite.
• Prioritize and execute multiple projects, including eligibility files and module installations.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and design documents.
