Job summary

The candidate will map current and future processes, document requirements, and assist with testing and training materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and data analysis.
• Experience with Office 365, SQL, Symitar, and other financial system tools.
• Familiarity with financial regulations affecting credit unions.
• Experience working with project stakeholders and senior decision makers.
• Use Case and Wireframe Modeling.
• Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PMO and business units on organizational projects to analyze needs and improvement opportunities.
• Document clear business requirements, functional specs, technical requirements, process diagrams, and user stories.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support the development of requirements, feasibility reviews, and solution assessments.
• Collaborate with project managers to define scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects follow IT standards and PMO governance.
