• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis or requirements gathering
• Experience in professional services with requirements gathering
• Proficiency with Visio for process modeling and documentation
• Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, and gap analysis
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing methodologies and execution

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels to understand needs.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and discussions.
• Develop business cases, user stories, use cases, and process diagrams.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear developer requirements.
• Support software development, testing, validation, and implementation.
• Develop and maintain User Guides, Design Documents, Release Notes, and SOPs.
• Review and edit technical and business documentation.
• Support COTS products such as SharePoint, Tableau, and Jira.
• Analyze customer requests, define solution scope, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Manage multiple projects with effective stakeholder communication.
