Job summary

ProPower is seeking a Business Analyst to support Michigan JIS by analyzing court processes, documenting requirements, and translating workflows into clear user stories within an Agile environment. You will help expand MiFILE for trial courts and serve as a liaison among courts, JIS staff, and project teams.

The role requires experience in business analysis, process mapping, and requirements documentation, with travel to Michigan courts as needed.

Qualifications

Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documenting complex processes.
Familiarity with Agile development practices and backlog refinement.
Ability to develop current/future-state process maps and business requirements documentation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Michigan courts, JIS staff, and stakeholders to understand processes, needs, and requirements.
Document court processes, workflows, and business rules; produce user stories and acceptance criteria.
Translate complex court operations into actionable requirements for Agile delivery.
Support testing, validation, and issue resolution during implementation.
Maintain project documentation, status, and issue tracking across multiple priorities.
