Job summary
ProPower seeks a Technical Business Analyst to support the MiFILE team in Michigan, analyzing business needs and recommending process solutions to migrate documents from local DMS to MiFILE DMS.
The role requires agile collaboration, documentation of user stories, and liaison between stakeholders and development teams; travel to Lansing required for on-site work and stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field or college level coursework and experience in analyzing, designing, testing, and documenting production systems.
- Three years of experience in business process analysis, application implementations and training, project coordination/management and business-related experience.
- Experience with Agile development practices and BABOK guidance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with courts and stakeholders to understand processes, needs, and challenges.
- Serve as primary contact for development and lead agile engagements.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements and user stories.
- Document workflows and user stories with standard tools; perform requirements elicitation.
- Maintain project documents, dashboards, status reports, and change control.
