Job summary
Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support multiple MDM applications including Informatica IDMC, STEP PIM, and Bynder DAM. You will partner with stakeholders, define requirements, support testing, and enable reliable enterprise data capabilities.
The role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and documenting business needs, translating them into actionable IT requirements, and guiding solution delivery across data platforms.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience, preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements across MDM, PIM, DAM, and related enterprise data platforms.
- Lead elicitation sessions and document user stories, process flows, wireframes, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
- Partner with technical teams to evaluate solution options, align requirements to project scope, and support delivery decisions.
- Coordinate functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including test case review, execution support, and defect management.
- Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams, helping drive alignment, prioritization, and stakeholder approval.
