Cardinal Health in Dublin, Ohio seeks a Business Analyst to support Master Data Management applications (Informatica IDMC, STEP PIM, Bynder DAM). You will partner with stakeholders and IT teams to define requirements, support testing, and enable enterprise data capabilities.

This role requires 4–8 years of BA experience, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred; salary range is $82,100–$117,200, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with data management or data governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements across MDM, PIM, DAM, and related enterprise data platforms.
• Lead elicitation sessions and document user stories, process flows, wireframes, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Partner with technical teams to evaluate solution options, align requirements to project scope, and support delivery decisions.
• Coordinate functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including test case review, execution support, and defect management.
• Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams to drive alignment and stakeholder approval.
