Cardinal Health’s Business Intelligence team partners with internal customers to enable operational processes within supply chain systems. The role analyzes large datasets for transportation and warehousing, designs dashboards, and translates findings into actionable recommendations for executives.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration across IT, Finance, Operations, and Logistics, with emphasis on KPI definition, data-driven solutions, and ML/AI project leadership within

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Advanced degree is desired.
• Professional certifications such as APICS, Lean Six Sigma, Agile or Project Management are a plus.
• 8+ years analytics experience with focus on supply chain operations.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes with emphasis on transportation and warehousing.
• Experience with TMS/WMS systems.
• Experience with Big Data, Data Lakes, and analytics platforms.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Experience with GCP BigQuery and Alteryx ETL tools.
• Familiarity with AI/ML modeling tools and Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities in transportation and warehousing.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to present insights clearly.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and Logistics to define KPIs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Use advanced analytics to model scenarios and forecast performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across analyses and reporting.
• Lead ML/AI projects across Global Logistics, including opportunity analysis and product ownership.
